We aim to deliver your flowers and gifts within the agreed time window, but delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather or other factors beyond our control. If certain flowers or packaging materials are unavailable, Fioresa may make reasonable substitutions of equal or higher value while preserving the overall look, colour palette and quality of the design. For cancellations or major changes, you must contact us as early as possible; once work on your arrangement has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellation or full refunds may no longer be possible. In the rare event of significant delivery issues caused by us, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, credit or partial refund.
